Having the people from Perth Vet Care come to our home and help us with a terrible decision for our elderly dog was a blessing for us as pet owners as well as our old sick fella. The gentleman who came out (Shannon?) was amazing. So caring and thoughtful. He made a traumatic time for us a gentle and nurturing experience. The care, respect and attention was second to none. I highly recommend these people to help you in a difficult time like euthanising a loved pet. They organised everything from taking our dog away in a very respectful way to returning his ashes when completed. Thank you for what you did for us.

Thank you to Dr Shannon, who is so warming & caring, making the very hard time, of saying goodbye to our beautiful 15-year-old boy Charlee, so much easier. The service that Dr Shannon & Perth Vet Care supply is the most wonderful thing, to be able to say goodbye at home was so peaceful for all of us. Dr Shannon made a very difficult time for us slightly easier to bear for both our beautiful Goldie and us. Our girl was only 10 years young and had a dreadful illness that was taking her from us. We wanted this to happen at home, so our other Golden Girl understood where her best friend has gone. Dr Shannon made us all feel relaxed and asked us to share stories about Abby while the sedation took its time to work. This helped us immensely and when the time happened, he gave us space to grieve for our lost girl, and time for Daisy to sniff her, and lay down with her. They definitely know. Daisy has not paced the house constantly looking for her, which is what she did whenever we had to take Abby to the vet in the final weeks on her own. Organising to take Abby to Lawnswood was done by Dr Shannon and also having links to memorials and keepsakes that we pre-organised at the time of booking Perth Vet Services was extremely helpful. Thank you Dr Shannon Xx

Unfortunately we have had to need Dr Shanon’s services three times in little over a year now. Each time it has been extremely hard but in some way comforting to know we have made our babies passing as peaceful as possible. Dr Shanon spends time talking about our pet and any little stories we have he likes to hear. He makes them as comfortable as he can by not rushing and speaking quietly and calmly to them. He is very respectful and I thank him from the bottom of our hearts. I just hope we won’t need to see you again for a very long time.

Choosing to have our beautiful girl, Pepper, put to sleep at home was the best decision we could have made. Being in her own home, surrounded by familiar smells, the people who loved her, and the comfort of her own surroundings meant there was no stress, no rushing, and no anxiety. It was peaceful, gentle, and exactly what we had hoped for. Dr Shanon was an absolute angel. His kindness, compassion, and genuine care made one of the hardest days of our lives so much easier to bear. He treated Pepper with such dignity, respect, and tenderness, and gave us all the time we needed. We will never forget his warmth or the comfort he brought to our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving our beautiful girl, the most peaceful and loving farewell. We will be forever grateful. Please consider this when making your heart breaking decision when the time comes.

I can't speak highly enough of Perth Vet Care. I phoned them at 5.45pm one afternoon after my beloved 15 year old cat, Bond, had a violent seizure. This followed 10 days of forced medication and wearing a cone. I decided Bond had suffered enough and the next morning the vet arrived at 8am as promised. He explained the procedure, and treated my boy with great care and respect. Thank you.
